Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) from our Omaha fulfillment center.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx):

  • Flat rate of $12.95 USD
  • Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Includes tracking information

Free Shipping (EMS):

  • Available for orders over $50 USD
  • Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment
  • Tracking available for most destinations

Note: Delivery times may vary slightly depending on destination and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to Asia and certain remote regions.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love every Modern Wear Shop purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Belts (due to intimate fit requirements)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Must be returned within 15 days of delivery

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our Omaha-based team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Step 3: Package Your Items

Securely pack the unworn, tagged items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Step 4: Ship Your Return

We recommend using a trackable shipping method as you’re responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect your return
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (timing varies by financial institution)
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)

Exchange Process

  • We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the new item
  • Additional shipping charges may apply for the new item

Damaged or Incorrect Items

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):

  • You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
