Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note the following exceptions:
- Hats (for hygiene reasons)
- Belts (due to intimate fit requirements)
- Any items marked as “Final Sale”
How to Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Initiate your request: Email our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Use the subject line “Return/Exchange Request – [Your Order Number]” and include the following information:
- Wait for approval: Our Omaha-based team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Package your items: Securely pack the unworn, tagged items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account (timing varies by financial institution)
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)
Exchange Process
For exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item once we receive your return
- You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the new item
- Additional shipping charges may apply for the new item
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a free return and expedited replacement.
International Returns
For customers outside the U.S. (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
- You’re responsible for all return shipping costs and any applicable customs fees
- We cannot mark returns as “gifts” or undervalue items
- Refunds will be issued in USD and may be subject to currency conversion fees
