Our Return Policy

We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached. Please note the following exceptions:

Non-Returnable Items:
  • Hats (for hygiene reasons)
  • Belts (due to intimate fit requirements)
  • Any items marked as “Final Sale”

How to Return or Exchange

  3. Wait for approval: Our Omaha-based team will respond within 24 business hours with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  4. Package your items: Securely pack the unworn, tagged items in their original packaging if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return (typically within 3-5 business days):

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items)

Exchange Process

For exchanges:

  • You’ll be responsible for any price difference in the new item

International Returns

For customers outside the U.S. (excluding Asia and certain remote regions):
