While we dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from our Omaha headquarters, international packages must clear customs in the destination country. This process varies by location but typically adds 3-7 days to the estimated delivery window. Rest assured we use reliable carriers to minimize transit time.

For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees vary by country and are not included in your order total. We recommend checking with your local customs office for estimates.

We offer easy returns within 15 days of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached. Please email [email protected] to initiate a return and receive authorization.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 3-5 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Currently, we process returns only. For a different size or color, please place a new order and return the original item following our standard return procedure. We recommend ordering new items promptly as our popular styles often sell out quickly.
